Rules for using the Neighborly platform, responsibilities of all parties, and limitations of liability.
Neighborly connects users with local yard sales, second-hand markets, and community swap events. We provide a platform for listing and discovering these events. We do not host, organize, or guarantee the accuracy of any event listed. All transactions are between buyers and sellers.
You agree to provide accurate information when listing an event or creating an account. You are solely responsible for the items you sell, the prices you set, and the safety of any in-person exchange. You must comply with all local laws regarding sales, permits, and noise ordinances.
Neighborly is not liable for any disputes, injuries, or losses arising from events listed on the platform. We do not verify the condition or legality of items sold. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For legal questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact us at info@findyardsales.com or write to 826 Mason Estate.
